I just see one problem ...
Most of the WWOOFers book all the Hosts before leaving home. So on the moment of booking they have no failures on showing icon_frown.gif
Any idea or comment?

I think the problem arises when potential volunteers email many hosts, then fail to follow those up when their plans change or only think to when prompted by another email from the host.

It´s easy, as a volunteer, to assume that hosts are sitting there with lots of empty accommodation, waiting for you to come and use it. In reality we have to book those spaces out carefully otherwise we risk overbooking. What that means, when someone then lets us down, is that we have turned away potential volunteers who really wanted to be here, and have projects which will not be completed through lack of help at the right times.

Common good manners dictates that both volunteers and hosts keep in touch!

My suggestion would be star new topic in this forum and post wwoofers names that didn't show up. A host then can check whether requesting wwoofer is on the list or not. If he is on the list - he is not reliable. Maybe it's drastic and rude but it's rude to cancel your arrival last minute as well. What do you think?

This is exactly why I feel that allowing hosts to leave references for volunteers is the right way to proceed.
