drivers license?

hej! i have a drivers license from america, and i was wondering if it would still be valid in sweden? (i dont expect anyone to really know this, im just wondering)

The link doesn´t seem to work, so I´ll answer short.

Forreign driverslicences are accepted in sweden if they are written with the "latin alfabet" wich is the one most western countries use. The cops have to be able to read it if they stop you.

The permit should be a "full licence" no practice licences or such that some countries have. In Sweden we have to be over 18 years of age to drive a car, drivers licences for persons under 18 years of age are not accepted.
